Great Health benefits excellent co workers Great Technology & focus on customer satisfaction

Cons

Pay was OK at best, compensation package changed so that Sales reps only made decent money at the end of the fiscal year Not a family friendly company, not allowed to work from home Work load increased every year without any increases in Pay Not enough positive reinforcement Fear of losing your job was the motivator
