They will promote people into new positions.

Cons

Too much work. Always on call every weekend, evening, and holiday. New things are taken on regularly without consideration of workload, or if an existing process/system needs improvement.

Great benefits, encourages crosstraining and shadowing in areas of interest, tuition assistance, ability to advance your skills and be promoted. If your committed you have a great opportunity to be promoted this is from my own personally experience. The credit union cares about the employees and rewards fairly. The incentive program for our work is good. They have also hosted all staff mariners events annually. I love this place.

I wish everyone would realize how good of an employer they are.
