      Pros

      Starts off easy. If you're half smart then you'll get the hang of it. Yearly bonus, people are nice.

      Cons

      They realize you're a good employee and you're screwed. Lazy employees are paid the exact same as hard working ones and you just have to carry the workload. They pretend to say it's a family but will throw you down the river if a member says something bad about you even if it isn't true. Steer clear of this place.

      Pros

      Paid Medical & Dental, PTO accrual and carryover (many companies you have to use it or lose it), 401k Match AND Profit Share (totals about 9%), THE PEOPLE! Most members and my co-workers- feels like family

      Cons

      No on site parking- but we have the light rail

      The reviews about poor managers and the EVP are true. I really wish I hadn't taken this job. Pay is just below market and managers get big bonuses while everyone else gets maybe up to $1000. Merit raises are barely anything and 3 weeks of PTO sounds great, but no sick time so plan for 2 weeks vacation if you want a shot at a sick day. This is a company made up of almost exclusively middle aged and older white females so if you like the idea of cross generational, diverse colleagues, don't waste your time. Also, can't trust the HR deptartment. Just don't.
