Worked in the main office, hired on right after a merger and you can tell the difference between the old and new employees. The current Sound employees were not very accepting of the merging employees.

Great managers, members and flexibility when it comes to PTO requests. Training is thorough, and I was given a generous mileage reimbursement for travel. Lots of opportunity for growth and tellers are given a lot more responsabiliites than other Credit Unions I have worked for.

Cons

Pay is below market, and hours are not consistent. Some weeks I work 36, some is 39, because upper management WILL NOT PAY OVERTIME. Makes budgeting difficult, did I mention pay is NOT competitive? Company is EXTREMELY cheap. To members, and employees. Since when is it too much work to provide a water filter for the employees break room? We are discouraged from offering envelopes to members...because of the cost. Last time I checked plain envelopes were not made of gold.
