      Pros

      Starts off easy. If you're half smart then you'll get the hang of it. Yearly bonus, people are nice.

      Cons

      They realize you're a good employee and you're screwed. Lazy employees are paid the exact same as hard working ones and you just have to carry the workload. They pretend to say it's a family but will throw you down the river if a member says something bad about you even if it isn't true. Steer clear of this place.

      Pros

      Management and HR have made progress at improving the environment at Sound. The culture has shifted positively in the last 3 years. Rewarding career. Great coworkers. Work/Life paid time off.

      Cons

      Only 2 days remote allowed but any is nice.
