Pros

The people I worked with were awesome for the most part. Optional hot desk style office with brand new facilities, coffee, free snacks/drinks, etc. Analyst roles are high visibility - daily interaction with VPs and C suite execs.

Cons

Fully remote company for the most part. Little interaction with coworkers, no team building. Expectations for analyst roles are far too high with little room or planning for upward movement. Compensation is nowhere near market average. Bonuses delayed and reduced by over 80% Positions not backfilled due to "hiring freeze" so existing employees are expected to pick up extra workload with no incentive or reward. Culture is very liberal - CEO tried to mandate vaccines even for remote employees, several company-wide calls pressured employees to get vaccines and provided inaccurate/false information. Very concerning for a medical company. Company travel more or less stopped after Covid. No opportunity to interact with colleagues at home office anymore.

Pros

- The company is committed to fully remote work - Overall good company culture across departments - Competitive salary

Cons

-New leadership and procedures in Operations Accounting are very unpopular and created an exodus among experienced staff. To further exacerbate this, management avoided backfilling some key positions due to a company hiring freeze and cash flow issues - leading to more departures due to excessive overtime and workload. - Mediocre benefits - Small annual merit increases that barely keep up with inflation. They will give market rate increases on occasion.

Pros

Full time remote work available.

Cons

Used to be a great place to work and strong accounting team. Things have slowly been going from good to worse with positions not being back filled on top of continued growth and workloads but, was expedited with new director in 2022. Director has continued to run the Operations Accounting team into the ground and current Controller is of no use and allowed this to happen even when it was brought to their attention by multiple employees. Director has not a clue what she is doing and will assign/create extra work for others to hide her incompetence, will over-claim ideas as her own/take undue credit and demand admiration for everything. She will not step in to help the understaffed team but will still expect unreasonable deadlines to be met.
