Pros

True collaboration. The team is built upon mutual respect with support for the full scope of practice. I was also able to get back to doing regional and OB in a very supportive environment and the help from Sound in attending these courses. The team dynamic with CRNAs and physicians makes for a great day. Local chiefs are great to work with and make decisions on the ground, I even get to work with the CAO, who creates a workplace I look forward to each day.

Cons

Limited 24-hour shifts in OB only and health insurance could be better

Pros

Sound CCM division and the larger group of Sound physicians are highly focused on systematically applying best practice to deliver excellent care in healthcare systems across the country

Cons

Large organizations always have some inertia that is difficult to overcome. This is a relatively small issue

Hello! So glad you decided to share your review here. I'm so proud of the critical care practice we've built – and I thank you for your part in bringing better care to our patients. As you know, what we do requires discipline, and while we hold ourselves to the highest standards, we always have room to be and do better. I'd welcome a conversation about how we can be more nimble within and across our practices. Please reach out to me directly. — Sergio Zanotti, Chief Medical Officer, Critical Care
