      - Lots of opportunities to grow in your own lane or move to other departments/service lines for those who are creative and care about both people and results. - Generally, people at all levels of Sound are "good people" who do the right thing and believe in the mission of the organization.

      Cons

      - Diversity is becoming more important but the executive team is still completely homogenous. - Benefits are terrible.
