      Sound is a growing company with significant opportunities for growth. Value Work life Balance Manageable work load during the days. It creates a great working relationship between the physicians and the hospital system. Multiple teams through central admin (Sound leadership) that support the physicians on the ground to do the job well.

      Cons

      As the company grows, there is risk that they will not be as supportive to staff as they are now.
