      Executive transparency, clear alignment to providing quality care to patients, innovative with autonomy to try ideas to improve processes, opportunities for growth and advancement and a track record of promoting strong people from within, great people and teams

      Cons

      Benefits are not competitive, business systems integrations are not as robust as they could be for today's tech capabilities

      Sound actively engages its employees in growth opportunities for employment, empowerment, CME, and emotional wellbeing. Everything they do comes down to "is it good for the patient" and "are we being good stewards of our resources"

      Cons

      It's still a business. They try to keep the focus on patient care, but if there's no money, there's no job.

      Pros

      -We typically put reviews when we are not quite happy about a job , a service or a product. To be fair, my recent experience of having to rearrange my time to deal with a family emergency and Sound’s overwhelming support prompted me to put in this review. Here are a few positive aspect of working as part of Sound Physicians team: -Emphasis on work-life balance and integration -Ongoing genuine emphasis on employee’s well-being -Had a sick family member and could not have had a more supportive leadership team with genuine compassion and empathy!

      Cons

      Opportunities for improvement exists for any organization including Sound. Expansion brings its own set of challenges. There are some factors which makes these challenges much easier to tackle. Some of those factors include Sound Physicians leadership team’s willingness to listen and to have a dialogue regarding suggestions and proposed solutions.
