      Pros

      Difficult to say. Very difficult.

      Cons

      No autonomy. Poor leadership. No direction. No backing of physicians. Cheap. Poor salary. I cannot say enough. If Sound were to leave the only thing that would change is the efficiency would increase, costs go drastically down and the physicians would be happier with much more salary to boot. All wins. Why pay them their salary? For what?

      Pay is outstanding Benefits Great place to get your foot in the door

      Cons

      Leadership plays favorites EXTREMLY HIGH WORKLOADS Pay is not worth losing your sanity by the time you clock out. Mental health is so important. With this job comes severe deadlines that are just down right not feasible. You will bend over backwards at this place for little to no recognition.

      Pros

      Good, friendly coworkers. Company attempts to foster camaraderie through planned events and quarterly meetings with catered lunches. Fairly flexible on working remotely. Put $250 quarterly into an HSA if that was your choice of health plans.

      Cons

      Low pay--everyone I know that has left immediately saw a 20%+ increase to base salary--and management is resistant to change to meet current industry best practices.
