      Pros

      good salary, CEU opportunities and they appear like a wonderful company with great mission and values.

      Cons

      Aside from the salary, they do nothing their mission and values state. The company does not set up the way they're designed or explain. Communication is all but absent. Their only loyalty is to the Client ( hospitals) and all providers are expendable, whether you have 2 years or 20 + years. the provider to patient ratios are unsafe most of the time, on rare occasions it will be appropriate.

      Pros

      team works well together, Cares about their people, Innovatative, dept changes keep coming to help make things better in the long run. They try to have fun days to help build up moral. Trying to find more innovative ways to get the job done.

      Cons

      Dept changes keep coming which causes more work for the moment, short staffed in some areas not refilling all positions that were previously used to keep volume down so it is currently too much for one person to manage Concern for most employees has been that management is not in tune with how much work there is to do.
