8yIt's true that Sound is in the midst of a rapid growth phase with many initiatives underway to integrate systems and streamline processes, typical of high-growth organizations.
With regard to "not giving raises"... we do have a process for giving merit increases based on performance. Please talk with your manager about how merit increases are determined and when they are distributed (which is outside the Individual Performance Assessment cycle).
