      Every hospital contact and team is individually created making your experience within your role either good or bad.

      Pros

      Resources at your fingertips and you always have a network of help always a phone call away. Many ways to learn the role and perform better.

      Cons

      Only person in your role at each site. If you don’t have a strong manager then you can feel lost and thrown to the wolves.

      Poor, inconsistent training. Department managers contradict each other.
