      Flexible schedule, decent benefits, but management just doesn't care.

      Flexible work schedule Remote working w/ seniority time Decent Salary

      Cons

      Alcohol encourged at work (even w/ a drug & alcohol policy) Staffing management doesn't back their dept employees. Staffing Management are not "leaders" Management follows only the policies & procedures they choose. Training is lacking Work/Life balance is awful No tuition reimbursement etc

      Benefits, pay, location, diverse hires at midlevel and entry level

      Cons

      Poor Management Obvious favorites Leadership path bias- employees that have less experience are promoted over newer employees that have more experience on their resume Favorites played Unreasonable workloads Poor communication and support from Regional and local upper management
