My boss is extremely consistent, dependable, fair, and flexible. I feel like leadership is always rooting for me and looking to support me no matter what. There is a ton of opportunity for leadership development and career advancement. Work-life balance is also great.

We have created an amazing role for nurses with experience that include great critical thinking skills that come from working in the ICU or Emergency Departments in particular. Our Hospitalist RN and Transitional Care RNs have an important role on the Hospitalist teams to drive improvements in patient outcomes. They are an essential part of our performance management model.
