Pros

This company will offer you the moon and stars when you first come onboard.

Cons

Upper management is cut throat, will call you in to manipulate the perception of what other colleagues think of you. Management makes "observations," which usually are not true. Management will force you to work your butt off for little pay out, as well as throw you under the bus if you put your foot down. Management is very threatened when it comes to raw talent or a lower level employee, who they see as even slightly better than them at the job.

Pros

Great benefits package, flexible schedules, decent location

Cons

Poor leadership (in Nashville office, coding/billing department), noticeable favoritism, no chance of promotion or career path in place within the department, hostile/uncomfortable work environment due to favoritism and blatant unfairness, poor training, takes a reactive approach instead of a proactive approach to any workflow or process changes.
