Pros

I don't know any

Cons

dishonest and disorganized. Their problems become the physicians problems. They will find ways to push the doctors to do more for less . They consider full time 15 shifts instead of 14. They started to cut rounders to save money forcing the doctors working to see 20+ patients a day. When they preached that the " sound way " was 15 or less encounters per day. They will also basically take or steal money from the team when they are over budget. we had a base salary increased promised to us for over a year and then we realized one day that we were not getting paid any more after the CEO of the hospital even told us it was approved. We find out that Sound admin took the money to pay for the night shift coverage. There was no discussion about this with the team. Very sneaky, deceitful behavior became the trend. they started a practice of calling off physicians the day they were supposed to work if they felt the patient census was too low. and then the remaining docs were left with 17 patients each which is by no means a " low census " . bottom line is you have to constantly question everything they do as they cannot be trusted to take care of the physicians who make them profitable.

Pros

I have only been with Sound Physicians for a short time but it has been one of the best career moves I have made. Joining this successful organization has been completely seamless from setting up email and phone, to travel for training, to getting office supplies. My team was not only instrumental in my training but did so with open arms and a smile. I would have to say one of the most impressive requirements Sound Physicians has in place is the Onboarding Seminar for new employees. This includes everyone in the organization from administration to clinicians to directors. There, we learned all about Sound's history and it's vision. This dedication to introducing new employees to the "Sound Way" is instrumental in their success.

Cons

At this point, I have no complaints. Nor have I had any conversations with another employee that is less than a glowing review of their job satisfaction.
