Pros

Everyone seems to really enjoy working for this company and it is contagious. You can tell the recruiters are passionate about the organization, which is what encouraged me move forward with the interview process. The on boarding process was fast and seamless. My team made me feel really welcomed. Coming from my previous employer that is a big deal for me. I also appreciate that though, we work hard and everyone has their personal goals, I do not go home stressed and overwhelmed. I enjoy what I do and the people I work with. Believe this is an organization I can flourish in and look forward to the possibilities ahead.

Cons

First days can be overwhelming when you do not know what to expect. Everyone is so knowledgeable about the company and their job, so it is great to have people to sit and discuss their perceptive about organization and their personal best practices. However, I think it would be more beneficial and productive to provide new hires with a SOP and a formal training platform.

I've been with Sound for going on 4 years now and can say with 100% certainty that there is no other organization that invest as deeply into the well being of their team members both with clinical and business colleagues. They absolutely live up to their vision and mission statements! There's no place I'd rather be!

Pros

Smart, responsible management. The CEO and President know my name. I feel they respect me. I am not in management. I enjoy the autonomy, and that we live the Values on the website- I experience people living them and being rewarded for them each day- Quality, Service,Teamwork, Innovation and Integrity. I work from home which I enjoy. There are trade offs for that including travel and reports but it is efficient, fun and rewarding.

Cons

Healthcare is on a tight budget. The margin is not wide so there are not a lot of extra benefit perks. Specifically I would like to see us improve the 401k match. We are also a client dependent business and some clients are not realistic or not as good at partnering and that creates challenges. However they do reward performance and recognize high performers. I like that.
