      Pros

      Excellent leadership both clinical and operational. I've worked at several HMG's and Sound has been the best hands down. If you put in the work and make impact there endless opportunity for advancement. They've promoted me 3 times in 2 years. The pay structure is very competitive as well.

      The worst talk down management approach you will see in your life. I have never seen such disrespect from high level executives. They think they are so much better than you. I have now left the organization.
