      Pros

      Vision and Mission match my life goals in improving the lives of our patients. This is an innovative organization that invest heavily in infrastructure to allow their chiefs and teams to be successful in their jobs.

      Cons

      Really none - bar none, this organization is successful in recruiting the best talent, invest in career development for business and clinical colleagues who want to advance and contribute more to the organization. Our industry has universal challenges, that all hospitals and competitors face, but Sound Physicians is continuously working to be the national leader in solving these challenges.

      Pros

      The doctors I worked with were wonderful and worked very hard.

      Cons

      I only worked there for 2 months. The supervisor who hired me got transferred to another department. There was no oversight, the manager NEVER once reached out to get to know me or how I was doing-even after I gave notice. There were several women in the Administrative office who socialized all day, cursed constantly and were unbearable judgmental and talked about everyone the minute they walked out (2 were kind of nice but felt obligated to go with the clique, the other 2 were horribly unprofessional). One even asked why I do not curse at work!! I could not take the atmosphere so I gave notice.

      Hmmmm. Hmmm. Nope can't think of one.

      Cons

      They do not support the physician at all. They do not pay for your services. I worked for them on Christmas. It's now March 15th and I haven't seen my pay. To many other companies out there, Jackson and Coker, Weatherby, Pinicall that support the physician and pay.
