      CEO very personable, with good vision and knowledgable.

      Cons

      Fast growth resulting in poor communication. Good vision but Not carried out well at regiona level. Physicians are underpaid. Must be a conformist to leadership

      - My Team is Great. Sound Attracts the Best People - Physician Leadership is excellent. Available, caring, respected - Career path and lots of locations - We may want to move in the next couple years & Stay woth Sound -Partner Track - The Nurse on our team is great. Best idea ever - to have Hospitalist R.N. - I worked for hospital before Sound. Sound is Better by far. Physician leadership is Great - on team, in my city, and Region ( I really enjoy working with top people)

      - It is hard to be a hospitalist. Very demanding time in Health Care.

      Pros

      I have a great opportunity to really impact the care patients receive throughout the hospital in a very direct manner. I am afforded the autonomy to do my job the best way I see fit. Innovation and thinking outside of the box are highly encouraged. I feel like a valuable team member of a large geographically diverse group of business and clinical partners.

      Cons

      You have to work to stay connected. It is easy to feel like you are on an island if you do not reach out and become involved.
