great local leaders and clinicians who want to serve their patients

Cons

No commitment to those loyal to the company. Layoffs and job elimination to tidy the books to sell the company. PE is pills the strings of the marionettes who supposedly run the country.

you will always get a job as most physicians do not want to work for them

unfair salary. overworked and underpaid. 120$ per hour as nocturnist in midwestern town. false advertising and interview practice. This was the most toxic place I have ever worked at. It has been 1.5years since I left that job and I still have flashbacks. The RVUs you bill always lower on the billboard the next morning. They claimed I saw 6 patient nightly when most day, I admitted over 8-10 patients. day shift left a lot of work overnight that I can to do. I only wished they fired me and ended my sufferings earlier given how much self esteem I lost while working there. Even lost the ability to stand up from myself given the excess abuses. they were always short staffed. They will call you excessively until you work extra shifts for them, without overtime as they only pay overtime if you work more than 15 shifts at the end of the year.
