      Fun company, Senior Leadership does a good job in making you feel welcome and has a positive attitude for the most part

      Cons

      There needs to be more work life balance. Life is more than working 50 - 60 hours per week.

      Pros

      I cannot provide any pros unfortunately. I would not encourage colleagues to join or to become employed. It is disapppointing.

      Cons

      No voice to express or report unethical practices without swift retribution retaliation and silencing from leadership. Lack of integrity and unprofessional behavior.
