Pros

Work life balance was reasonable

Cons

1.Upper management is all a facade. They talk the talk but don't walk the walk. 2. Management does not have understanding of what each persons roles are. They never asked or spent a day getting to know my role and how it impacts the company. 3. Unfair firing of staff without formal investigation. 4. Encouraged drinking and staying out late at National conference and scolded for going to bed early so we could prepared for next day conference. 5. HR was always loosing things and messing up on reimbursement. 6. Doctors were not held accountable for their actions

Pros

Not many. They pay you well for a work balance life. Health insurance begins immediately and PTO is generous.

Cons

They make you promises to get you in the door and then do not keep them. The company is a chaotic mess. No structure, no training, no communication, no raises, no room for growth or advancement, and no appreciation. Upper management does not follow the company values and treat their employees as if they are beneath them. Their best employees are walking out the door and they can't staff up fast enough. They load you with work continuously with no end in sight.

Pros

Flexible schedule. Paid parking. Starting wage. Benefits start on first day of employment. PTO adds up quickly.

Cons

No cost of living raise. Unfair performance reviews lead to no annual raise. No profit sharing based on average performance review. All departments are understaffed and overworked. Unmanageable work load. Leadership is unapproachable and unsupportive. I feel unappreciated by the hard work I do. Internal transfers are impossible. Does not promote career advancement or cross training. Feels more provider orientated than business colleagues. Poor communication all around.
