Pros

I find it difficult to list any pros at this time

Cons

Inflexible and arrogant leadership. I have oftentimes felt that i were in an episode of Mean Girls or pledging to a sorority with the back biting and pettiness. Upper management chooses favorites and doesn't pay any attention to anyone else.. They are inflexible with their directives and somewhat antiquated workflows and don't have the ability to see their own failures. Regional leadership is more interested in accolades from Tacoma than doing the right thing or even listen to reason. You will never get a raise working for Sound, period.

Pros

The company is very generous, they do care about you as an employee from the corporate level. Comp plan, benefits overall corporate direction is great. Despite tremendous growth they have managed to stay grounded and reward those who are out in the field making the company successful.

Cons

Work/life balance is almost non-existent and they pay above average to "buy your time". The regional leadership is so full of themselves. Lack of direction, lack of team support and they are the first ones to throw you under the bus if needed to save themselves. The regional leadership does not promote the same values as the corporate team. Your regional leadership LOVES to complicate things so much that it confuses the client and creates turmoil for the regional team to come in and repair. Client relationships have suffered from egotistical "fly-by's" done by Regional Leadership. Regional Medical Leadership...what does he even do? The clients asked this question all the time!
