      Pros

      Time off is decent. Laid back atmosphere. No dress code.

      Cons

      High turnover. Benefits horrible, retirement Plan doesn't exsit in my opinion. The workload is extremely overwhelming. The company is a physician employment staffing company. Pulling in and pushing out for revenue. Company has no consideration or care at all for current staff because easily replaceable for lower dollar. The company is behind the times on technology and just beginning to catch up. Very disorganized, no structure.

      Innovative - Always looking for opportunities to improve processes and results. Mission Driven - Mission of improving Quality and Reducing overall cost of healthcare are a focus of all initiatives. Leadership Development - Focus and invest time and resources into developing leadership skills in Physicians and Business colleagues

      Cons

      A lot of new personnel due to growth (which is a good thing). Standard growing pains of trying to make sure everyone uses same processes and knows who to reach out to for information.
