Pros
This is an organization that is actually living out their vision. We are actually caring for the people in the communities that we serve through community outreach and improvement projects. We are actually improving quality at our hospital partners & making a difference in healthcare. That's exciting to be a part of at some level! Excellent, laid back culture and fun environment to work in. Transparency in regards to the organization's financial situation is nice. Leadership recognizes when they make mistakes for the most part and own up to it on a personal and organizational level. Awards and recognition aligned with the organization's values. I love the learning and development team and all that they do to help not only physician colleagues but business colleagues in their personal and professional development.
Cons
Some leaders are a little too adept at providing lip service. Tends to feel like there are colleagues who are rewarded for bad behavior/habits rather than reprimanded for them. Inconsistent messaging sometimes.
