Some strain on resources as they see more growth but seem to acknowledge it and are addressing. They are investing in technology which will help

Pros

I feel so lucky to be a part of my team at Sound Physicians. This is the first job I have ever had where I feel that training and development are priorities. Sound truly invests in its employees and helping them to learn and grow. There is definitely an open line of communication on my team - I feel like I can always voice concerns and feel like my opinion is heard. My manager believes in having a true work/life balance, and in my experience, that is rare to find. Overall, as long as I feel there is continually room for me to grow, I would never want to leave!

Cons

Lots of growth leads to some confusion about processes, procedures and roles. However, leadership (at least on my team) has tried to help ease the transition and make sure that everyone feels comfortable with the changes. Lots of external hiring makes current employees nervous that they may never move up. However, all the growth is great - it shows that our organization is flourishing!

Excellent culture with much consideration given to environment for colleagues, as well as focus on developing a sustainable career. Leadership development and growth opportunities within the organization. Core value structure aligns well with personal values and goals. Visionary and supportive leadership that encourages creativity and innovation in and around the workplace. Overall, very happy with my experience thus far and looking forward to many more years with this organization!

Cons

Growth within any organization = growing pains. I know leadership is working hard to remedy as quickly as possible, but these things are to be expected when experiencing this type of growth! Very manageable.
