      Opportunity for growth, transparency, I've seen them practice what they preach (starting from the top down) and live out the values they expect from their employees

      Pros

      Excellent leadership both clinical and operational. I've worked at several HMG's and Sound has been the best hands down. If you put in the work and make impact there endless opportunity for advancement. They've promoted me 3 times in 2 years. The pay structure is very competitive as well.
