      Physician led organization whose success in the industry has led to rapid growth. This growth continually creates opportunities for career development. Organization is thoughtful about creating training opportunities for new managers and offering competitive training for their clinical colleagues. There is a large emphasis on supporting those at the front line - those clinical colleagues at our hospital sites.

      Cons

      Rapid growth requires continual process development. Sound recognizes this as an inevitable challenge resulting from our growth and has established thoughtful measures to control in and plan for future growth.
