The work you do every day is tough and demanding, so in case no one’s told you recently, thank you for all you do. I hear you on autonomy, not working weekends, and benefits. We try to deliver a better balance on these things. It sounds, however, like you’re feeling limited in your ability to grow in or out of your role. I want anyone who works as a clinical performance colleague here to feel like they have a path forward. You know where to find me – and I hope you will. You can also send your thoughts to belong@soundphysicians.com. It’s to my benefit, and the team’s, to make sure all my peeps feel good about what they’re doing, you included. — Catherine Terry, Chief Nursing Officer

Pros

- People at Sound are pretty friendly and like to have fun. - Clinical staff are great to work with.

Cons

- there is so many different little things to learn and hardly any training. Leadership seems to busy to help me. - staying on top of my salesforce case submissions is tough, I had ZERO training. The Admins who help me are nice, but I would like to be trained by my leadership as well or at least have someone to go to for these issues.

Your role is critical to the success of our local practices, which is why I'd like to connect personally. I appreciate you raising your concerns here – and I'd like you to feel empowered to raise them internally as well. If you're not getting what you need, that's a miss from us. I'm glad you're enjoying the team – and I also want to make sure you've got the right level of support. You can email me personally via Outlook or, if you'd prefer, reach out to belong@soundphysicians.com. — Tiffany Coyle, Chief Operating Officer, Hospital and Emergency Medicine
