Thank you for helping us lead the charge on change for our colleagues, clinicians, partners, and patients. You are part of what makes it possible for us to develop and grow our clinical teams and business colleagues. We agree – great talent attracts more of the same. Pros

Great people. I get to work on a daily basis with a wonderful team and some of the best doctors in the world. Great opportunities. I, myself, have been able to grow my career significantly during my time at Sound. I also know many others who have been promoted over the years. Sound does a great job of retaining and promoting the cream of the crop.

Cons

Nothing specific to the company, but there are times of ebb and flow with respect to workload. 'Tis the nature of health care. But the size of our company enables us to manage personnel and workload much better than others.

We’re the lucky ones, to have you for two decades with us – WOW! Thank you for your continued service to our team and to the patients we serve, coast to coast. You are the Sound story we wish for everyone – longevity, growth, career satisfaction, and a feeling of collegiality and support more than 20 years on. Healthcare is a rewarding field to be in and, often, frustrating as well. We know intimately the challenges it brings – and we appreciate your acknowledgment that what matters to us, every time, is the patient at the center of everything we do. Cheers to many more great years together. — The Sound team

Thank you for taking the time to share honestly here. I’m glad to know you experienced flexibility and collegiality in your time with us. Still, it’s disheartening to hear your less positive experience with us, including feeling unsupported by people and pay. If you’d be willing to share more about your experience, I’d be grateful to hear it. Reach out to belong@soundphysicians.com. — April Burke, Vice President, Advanced Practice Providers
