      Pros

      It is first company that is willing to listen to my ideas and implement them. They really care about their physicians and want to make sure that you are trained

      Cons

      Sometimes when we are going through peaks of patient volume it takes time to get the staffing we need. This can occur at any hospitalist company nationwide.

      Pros

      I have a great opportunity to really impact the care patients receive throughout the hospital in a very direct manner. I am afforded the autonomy to do my job the best way I see fit. Innovation and thinking outside of the box are highly encouraged. I feel like a valuable team member of a large geographically diverse group of business and clinical partners.

      Cons

      You have to work to stay connected. It is easy to feel like you are on an island if you do not reach out and become involved.
