Pros

Everyone I have worked with has treated me as a person and a valuable part of a solution, not just a cog in a machine. I am compensated fairly, get a decent amount of time off, and have been able to use my time off without any issues.

Cons

Downstream communication of upstream changes have not always been relayed, which can lead to some frustration when the changes impact your team. I will say this has been improving over the last year or so, though there's still much room for improvement.

Thank you for being part of our incredible Sound team. It's important to us that you feel seen and heard as an expert in your own right and, yes, part of the collective solution to better care for our patients. It's also heartening to hear that you're tracking on some of the improvements we've made around transparency and consistency of communication, including how news is cascaded through our organization. We know we still have work to do and appreciate the helpful feedback. Thank you, too, for the feedback around business colleague bonuses. We will take it into account as we continue to look at improving our overall benefits structure. — The Sound team

First, thank you for being part of our ambassador team. We appreciate your flexibility and willingness in this very fluid role. We certainly don't want you to feel adrift without support. If you're comfortable, please reach out to me directly. I'd like to talk about your experience and how we can make it a better one. Our people support team recently announced enhancements to our benefits package for clinicians and business colleagues – if you haven't heard about them, I encourage you to check out what's new and improved. — April Burke, Vice President, Advanced Practice Providers

Hi there. First, let me say how much I appreciate your commitment and longevity with our team. You are no doubt part of the "great people" we have on board, and we couldn't do this without you. I'm glad, too, to know you feel autonomous in your role; we believe in bringing on people who have the motivation and drive to do what you do. On the fluctuating workload, I hear you. While it's the nature of our business, it definitely requires a sturdy mindset. And while the past few years have seen many changes and challenges in our industry, I’m optimistic things are trending in the right direction and that because of our people, we’ll see ourselves through those challenges. Thanks for all you bring, day to day. — Carl Simmons, Senior Vice President, Clinical Recruiting
