Pros

Sound Physicians embodies their core values and exemplifies those through every aspect of the organization- business and clinical. With that said, they invest in their employees' development and make a point to help them achieve their career goals. Many organizations don't realize that if you take care of your employees, then your employees will take care of you, which is how you keep the most valuable people and success. Sound Physicians realizes and respect that though, and in turn, they take care of their Sound team and have continued to grow. Working for Sound means being valued and appreciated.

Cons

Sound Physicians could use some help making their work space more inviting, and they really need to invest in their IT department. The computer issues are never-ending and most of the employees either have really old computers that always give them trouble or do not have the capability to work remotely at all.

No oversight

Pros

The doctors I worked with were wonderful and worked very hard.

Cons

I only worked there for 2 months. The supervisor who hired me got transferred to another department. There was no oversight, the manager NEVER once reached out to get to know me or how I was doing-even after I gave notice. There were several women in the Administrative office who socialized all day, cursed constantly and were unbearable judgmental and talked about everyone the minute they walked out (2 were kind of nice but felt obligated to go with the clique, the other 2 were horribly unprofessional). One even asked why I do not curse at work!! I could not take the atmosphere so I gave notice.
