Pros

Great onboarding, orientation & education for nurses. Excellent career ladder that allows for continued growth & development. I feel valued by Sound as a nurse for my contributions to driving quality and outcomes. Work/Life Balance has been wonderful. I am able to work Mon-Friday 8 hours/day and work no nights or weekends. We have most major holiday's off. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is a priority for Sound. Such an outstanding company to work for and with.

Cons

I do not have any cons to working for Sound Physicians.

This warms my heart! Thank you for coming here to share your experience. Your comments validate for me that we're doing our best to live our mission and values as a clinical performance team, as an organization, and for our patients. And sincerest thanks for what you do as a nurse with Sound. Your work is essential to bringing better care to the bedside, and we couldn't do it without you. If there's something more we can do to support you in your career path, I'd love to help — let's check in at our next Chat with Cat. — Catherine Abshire, Chief Nursing Officer

Pros

Each hospital will have its ups and downs, but being able to work for Sound gives me stability. Partnership track gives me financial incentives. If I make a decision for patient care, the company stands behind me. Leadership is transparent in their decisions.

Cons

Lots of change lately, but it's all been in efforts to improve financial stability of the company.
