      Disconnect between senior management and Company mission

      Pros

      Learned a lot, with exposure to all sides of the business. Well-intentioned colleagues focused on delivering quality healthcare

      Cons

      Senior management very cutthroat, and benefits were lower than industry standards. Limited growth opportunities outside Tacoma

      Department is committed to remote work

      Cons

      The expectations by the current director and C Suite team are impossible. Last second changes are continuously being made at the most inopportune times and not communicated through the channels at all so no one is on the same page. Giving out Kudos and calling employees rockstars is all you will get for the insane additional hours worked which is a great sign of knowing you are being underpaid for what's being asked of employees. Current accounting management doesn't care about employees at all and will use "team effort" talks to push people to work anywhere from 10-16 hour days regularly with no reprieve.

      Great management philosophy

      Pros

      Management philosophy empowers the local physicians to have input and ownership of processes (within parameters), and responsive support staff, nationally. I feel supported and valued. Transparency of “why” the parameters are there. Transparency of “what” the hospital partner wants or hired of to accomplish.

      Cons

      I don’t see many “cons” of working for sound. The challenges I have been facing have been more due to the hospital partner’s goals, or requirements. But we are hired to serve the partner.
