      Pros

      Good, friendly coworkers. Company attempts to foster camaraderie through planned events and quarterly meetings with catered lunches. Fairly flexible on working remotely. Put $250 quarterly into an HSA if that was your choice of health plans.

      Cons

      Low pay--everyone I know that has left immediately saw a 20%+ increase to base salary--and management is resistant to change to meet current industry best practices.

      team works well together, Cares about their people, Innovatative, dept changes keep coming to help make things better in the long run. They try to have fun days to help build up moral. Trying to find more innovative ways to get the job done.

      Cons

      Dept changes keep coming which causes more work for the moment, short staffed in some areas not refilling all positions that were previously used to keep volume down so it is currently too much for one person to manage Concern for most employees has been that management is not in tune with how much work there is to do.

      7 days off in a row.

      Cons

      7 days on in a row. No vacation or sick time. Low pay. Paycheck incorrect nearly every month. Admin does not answer phones or email and takes sweet time returning calls. Health insurance plan may as well be non-existent, as it covers little to nothing.
