      Resources at your fingertips and you always have a network of help always a phone call away. Many ways to learn the role and perform better.

      Cons

      Only person in your role at each site. If you don’t have a strong manager then you can feel lost and thrown to the wolves.

      Needs a leadership make-over/upgrade

      Pros

      Great benefits package, flexible schedules, decent location

      Cons

      Poor leadership (in Nashville office, coding/billing department), noticeable favoritism, no chance of promotion or career path in place within the department, hostile/uncomfortable work environment due to favoritism and blatant unfairness, poor training, takes a reactive approach instead of a proactive approach to any workflow or process changes.
