Pros

I cannot provide any pros unfortunately. I would not encourage colleagues to join or to become employed. It is disapppointing.

Cons

No voice to express or report unethical practices without swift retribution retaliation and silencing from leadership. Lack of integrity and unprofessional behavior.

Not the best place to work at.

Pros

The few pros are that the company offers good benefits as well as the ability to work from home. Our office also has a very casual dress code.

Cons

The workloads are extremely high and leadership does not provide relief unless you are a part of a select few that are favorites. Also, unless you’re in the clique with leadership, there are no opportunities for advancement. Even if you are promoted, you are expected to maintain a high workload in addition to your new leadership duties. This includes ensuring you are actively working your workload, attending all conference calls, meetings, etc, while attempting to lead your team. The office environment is very unprofessional and negative. Working in the office is like being in high school. The company stresses integrity as one of their values, however, no one in the office practices this all. Leadership does not value their employees. It has come to a point where we are viewed as replaceable rather than people. Our COO has told our office that we’re replaceable and our VP has said the same to specific individuals.

We encourage you to speak with your leadership team about these concerns. Integrity is one of our core values and if you have specific issues to raise you might consider submitting an entry to EthicPoint, an anonymous site which shares information with the leadership team https://secure.ethicspoint.com/domain/media/en/gui/30726/index.html

Pros

Some great colleagues work there.

Cons

They work you to death. Very dishonest. Even HR. Was verbally assaulted at work and HR did nothing. Had a chart thrown at me by an ER doc- they did nothing. They don't care about their employees at all. They are conniving, deceptive and cunning.
