Extremely quality driven organization. Performance metrics are reviewed monthly with hospital leadership team. Many of them are around stuff I had never heard of or cared about, but now see as important. Because of the emphasis on quality care, my colleagues and I see fewer patients per day than other programs; however much more is expected of us in the care we deliver.
