      Pros

      As a company, Sound really cares about its employees. They pay good wages and provide clear paths for growth.

      Cons

      There is a persistent culture of feast or famine. If you are doing well your are praises and if you make a mistake you let go pretty quickly.

      Pros

      Fun company, Senior Leadership does a good job in making you feel welcome and has a positive attitude for the most part

      Cons

      There needs to be more work life balance. Life is more than working 50 - 60 hours per week.

      Pros

      Sound Physicians “walks to the talk”. They do not just state their mission and vision. Sound delivers on their promises with action. It is apparent through the orientation process, mentoring, and continued education that they are invested in their employees. Sound values every member of the team and recognizes that each team member contributes to the delivery of high quality cost effective care. They are patient centered and they do what is right even when no one is watching.

      Cons

      I honestly can not think of one con.
