      Growth opportunities, okay benefits, great community & culture.

      Cons

      This is a great company if you’re on the clinical side but the business side needs work. The compensation is not competitive, there are constant hiring freezes within departments which puts more work on the department, you work so hard to meet your yearly goals to only get a 2% merit increase each year, if you’re lucky.

      Competitive salary, autonomy, decent benefits, collaborative environment, flexible hours

      Cons

      Health benefit premiums are high. Orientation could've been better. I spent a lot of time doing things that ended up not being a part of my role. PTO could also be better, compared to other employers. Good amount of CME $, but no CME time.
