      Pros

      Excellent employer with focus on Physician development. Sound has afforded me opportunities to advance my career over the last 3 years since joining. Solid leadership development curriculum and support from Senior Leadership.

      Cons

      Staffing model is structured around patient volume. While that can be tough on the Physicians/APPs it has provided our group stability, especially during these hard times in health care.

      Pros

      The doctors really care about their patients. So many of them can’t help that Sound took over the management of their program.

      Cons

      If you are looking for an assemble /production position, this is for you. If you are looking to make a difference, be a touch of human kindness, and so the right thing regardless of the cost, run!! This is “Suck it up” atmosphere and is not patient first. It’s profit driven. Patient outcomes only matter if there is a dollar amount attached in the way of bonus.
