      * Great people work here, passionate, experienced, focused, good work ethic * Entrepreneurial in value based care * Good promotional opportunities

      * Work/life balance is non existent (corporate not regional). Engagement survey tells this story but little attention paid to responding to these issues * The company tries to do too much which dilutes effectiveness across the board * Orientation for new employees is lackluster - good luck figuring things out.
