Good benefits. There are some smart people and overall everyone is pretty kind.

Cons

Long time employees are too set in their ways. The herd mentality is strong and isn’t benefiting the agency.

Great place to work. Challenging work but supportive environment and very dedicated people. A lot of training and skills advancement opportunities.

Cons

Everyone has an opinion about the agency so no social event is safe if you tell people where you work. Lower pay than private sector.
