      Great mission and work, but leadership and pay is lacking

      Pros

      People, mission, the work, security.

      Cons

      Leadership. Dow is not an honest person and his motives are suspect. He is reversing commitments made to the workers. Also, pay is not "competitive".

      - Strong culture of collaboration and cooperation. - Staff have genuine belief in agency's goals and mission. Strong feeling of shared goals across teams. - Very nice work/life balance and overall benefits package. - Friendly and welcoming staff

      Cons

      - Recent agency-wide reorg has made it harder to tell who to reach out to for resources/support. - Many internal processes are not standardized/are handled on a individual level, making it difficult to scale these or cover for when key people are missing.
