Pros

Salary and benefits are quite good.

Cons

No opportunities to advance; executive leadership always seems to hire externally (particularly from LA and DC). Managers and directors fear creative solutions and innovation because they’re deathly afraid of media cycle. Board doesn’t care about the ST work; they only care about getting service and benefits for their communities. It’s stifling working here.
