Working in silos - communication between departments is lacking Process often takes priority over efficiency Workload is often overwhelming

Interesting work Dedicated workforce Surrounded by many of the best from around the nation/world Career advancement opportunities Fast-paced Good compensation Positive mission and making a difference for the region's travel and commuters

Relentless pace Internal silos and squabbles keep things less efficient and effective Sometimes management keeps obvious secrets and it becomes apparent they don't trust their staff.

Good work life balance. Benefits are too. No perks not even coffee.

Cons

IT is incredibly top heavy. Upper management’s answer to most issues is to hire more managers. Performance evaluation is stack ranked and only applies to management wannabes
